There is no end to education. It is not that you read a book, pass an examination, and finish with education. The whole of life, from the moment you are born to the moment you die, is a process of learning.

Is examination any tool to show one's education? What if a person fails? :)

Don't you know?
Failure is when you do not meet the requirements or they say. Failure to me is when people think that you screwed up. So they judge you either based on tests or their own personal view.
