I wish I personally knew the meaning...I do not understand too!In fact, we don't really need to understand everything!!
Well I think we do need to understand some of the things...like this...Not asking for the meaning but the translation ,as same thing can have different meaning to two people.
I am not a poet but I will try my best (translating it is hard though the words are simple.

My impretion is that this poet is in soooooo much in love that he became two souls he who loves and who loves is he. He and his love became like three souls in one body so If she sees only him its like seeing the two of him and when he sees her he sees the three of them she and the two of him . The two of him could be him as a body and his loving soul.
